Warranty
Marine Metal Products warrants its products to be free from defects for one (1) year after purchase.
This warranty does not cover product failure caused by moisture in the case, accident, misuse or failure to follow the instructions accompanying the unit.
Marine Metal Products requests that you first attempt to return the product to the place of purchase for a replacement or refund.
To file a warranty claim directly with Marine Metal Products, customers should email the following photos to mmetal@marinemetal.com:
- a photo of the purchase receipt
- a photo showing the product label*
- a photo showing the defect for which the customer seeks relief
- a photo showing the date code* – this is a series of numbers imprinted in either white or black lettering, usually on the side of the product
*Accessories such as air stones have neither a product label nor a date code. These photos may be omitted for accessories.
Please include your name, contact information (including telephone number), and complete address when emailing your warranty claim. Marine Metal Products will contact you within 5 business days.
If product is determined to be defective, Marine Metal Products will replace the unit or parts at its discretion. In no event will Marine Metal Products be liable for more than the sales price of the product under this limited warranty.
